Earlier in his career, he managed multiple mortgage branches, expanded market share, and generated over $36 million annually in loan volume as a top-producing loan officer. At MR ROE HOLDINGS, Steven applies his expertise in market analysis, contract negotiation, customer acquisition, and process optimization to support portfolio growth, capital efficiency, and scalable execution across investments.
